We watched the ceremony on Roy’s site and it was a tear jerker to see those 3 beautiful sons with their hands on their Father’s star. MERCY!!
We did hear our friends, Jeanie, Mike and Connie Daley and Marcel and Dawn give a shout out to Wesley as he was leaving the stage. Made us feel like we were right there!! Just beautiful. Roy would be so very proud!
We are also snowed in and the world knows I love it. Mother Nature is being especially good to me this year.

Hello everybody. I don’t want to gloat or anything but it’s snowing again on Friday and it is heading to Myrtle Beach, SC, yes snow, a Southern snow storm! That is a whole new phrase. I bet John Tew has snow in Alabama and Jim in Atlanta and we are in southern foothills of NC and Glenn in Texas. Let me just finish my weather report……..heard on the weather station that all 49 Continental US states had snow on the ground in a very short amount of time. OK. Bill, Jack, we need another live feed, please. It’s your responsiblity because you spoiled us…..sounds like the US talking to the half that do not work!!!

have you noticed, the days are getting a little longer day by day, lol
I’m lovin it, bring on those long days of summer, can’t wait,
We have had a most wonderfull week end,
a housefull of kids, grandkids, great-grandkids,
and a brand new baby boy, l0l
dinner, flowers, Kareoke, guitar player, laughter and fun.
Yes, what could be better?………..
I’m going to ship some of our snow to Susan, mercy she get’s way to excited about snow,lol ~ we get snow again this weekend, I guess the 5 inches we have will melt just like our last snow, then we get hit again, at least we are getting it like our friends in PA & VA & DC…..mercy, they will be shipping it to Susan.
I’ll take the rain any day, lol or sun like Jeanie usually gets
You girls just don’t understand how the NC weather used to be. We had a few snows in the winter until we went into that drought that lasted 11 years and now it is finally over. This has been the most normal winter we have had in way over a decade. I did without snow for years and now it is back and you girls just have to listen to me and try to appreciate it for me because you love me.
Where is that Jack? I spoke with Bill yesterday for a while and all is good with him. Jack, is there any news your way? I will be away for a few days so everyone have a real good day.

Good morning Jeanie. I enjoyed my trip to the coast and definitely needed that break. You certainly do not have to “travel” to the coast as you can see it from your home!!!! It is looking a little like spring with a few daffodils blooming. Soon it will be April and we can once again gather and create more precious memories. I am getting excited too Barb.
I guess we need to send out an APB to find Jack. He is busy doing something for sure.

Well here friends. it is very cold few days here in ireland with plenty of
snow. i have my heating up full and playing some of Bill s disc to enjoy.
i will be on work leave next week and am sure looking forward to the break. no plans but rest some and clean up the house.
